A new wood polymer composite board and post for use in multiple applications for flood barriers, sound barriers and security barriers in the construction and agricultural sectors
Manufactured from recycled wood polymer composite material structured with internal cavities providing product properties of superior strength, low maintenance, impervious to water and contamination, and offering long low cost life, recyclable at end of life. It can be drilled, sawn and screwed as timber or glued for permanent fix.

Demountable Panels
Board and short post buried in ground as base for water seal and rapid deployment of barrier
Steel insert placed in post base providing easy, rigid and strong location of main post, The weight of further boards above creates water seal through the specially designed tongue and groove.
The boards and panels are easily demounted after each use without damage, While the base board and post remain for future use.
For temporary and demountable applications, Clamps can be fitted to hold top board tight down ensuring good seal for holding water.
Requiring no tooling and easily installed by finger-tightening the butterfly nut. Rubber inserts in board ends seal in post grooves.
